How To Book Your Tent.....
Call 01293-649300, email us sales@tent2hire.co.uk or visit our Crawley Store. Alternatively fill out our booking form and one of our team will get back to you.
Payment is required for the hire at the time of the booking. We accept all major credit cards and of course cash.
A deposit is taken on collection of the equipment or the day the goods are sent out.
Delivery & Collection
Costs from £8.00 each way anywhere in the UK. Prices are dependent on the individual Tent's size & weight
Tents will be dispatched to arrive 3 working days before you depart on your break. The collection day will be the first Monday after the hire. You will not be charged for these extra days in your hire time.
Take the hassle out of camping - we can even pitch your tent and take it down for you.....
If you are camping within our local area (BN, TN, GU & RH postcodes) we can arrange to visit the local campsite you are staying in and pitch the tent for you. Now what could be easier?
(Only applies to 4+ person tents)
The cost of this service starts at £20.00 to deliver and pitch and £20 to collect and take down. Although for our larger Tents this can cost a little more.
Retail Orders
All retail orders taken through our online store will be delivered via Business Post within 5 working days to your home address. Please make sure there will be someone to sign for the goods or otherwise please specify an alternative address, usually a work or neighbour's address.
